Kaushal specializes in integrated ERM and IT GRC frameworks aligned to ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and ISO 22301, supporting Boards and senior management in managing strategic, regulatory, cyber, privacy, and resilience risks. He has led enterprise risk assessments, governance and risk appetite frameworks, and risk reporting dashboards, seamlessly integrating ERM with ISMS, PIMS, BCMS, internal audit, and MIS. His approach embeds risk intelligence into business and technology operations, strengthening regulatory readiness and organizational resilience.

He has around 4+ years of Big4 experience with Deloitte in Audit & Enterprise Risk Services and around 4 years of Industry in Internal Controls wherein around 3+ years he was the Internal Controls Head for US and UK based SME Indian subsidiaries.

He has pre-dominantly handled assignments of Internal Audits, Internal Financial Controls, Review of IT General Controls, Enterprise Risk Management reviews, Internal Control Assessments, Drafting of SOPs, Regulatory Review (SEBI/ RBI/ IRDAI), ERP Process reviews and done ERP implementation reviews.

He has also helped Management to Establishment, Implement and Monitor company MIS/ KRA-KPIs considering the various business areas to identify critical business elements, establish reporting formats, monitoring parameters and increase transparency/ reporting efficiency.

He has also served as a Group Member of Digital Accounting and Assurance Board of ICAI (2017-18) and Past Co-Chairman (FY 2016-17) for Sub-committee Ahmedabad Branch – IT Infrastructure, Website & Media.
